- Keep your products and contact us immediately by email at email@example.com
- Take clear pictures of all affected items
Do Not: Throw out the products without contacting us first
We will always treat you fairly and with care and respect, and in turn we need the same fair treatment. Please work with us as people to resolve your issues, and know that we are on your side.
-We will work with you to resolve any issues, including those requiring refunds.
-Refunds must be approved by a manager.
-Approved refunds will be placed on your method of payment (credit card, paypal)
Note: Refunds will not be approved for damages related to temperature unless the customer purchased the appropriate service (heated, cold chain, or ambient).
